the room was clean and that met my basic expectations (nothing more, nothing less).

The air conditioning did not work , so my room was very warm. i barely slept because the temperature was not comfortable. additionally, the breakfast buffet lacked options. I found the selection limited and not very satisfying.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. breakfast offered many selections and it was very good. the rooftop solarium was a great bonus with a nice swimming pool area to relax.

the shower floor was quite slippery. i think adding some non-slip mats would make it much safer.

the room was really clean and i liked the daily towel service a lot. i reserved a superior double or twin room, and it felt spacious. breakfast offered good variety, especially fresh fruit. the hotel is near metro, so moving around the city was quite easy.

the neighborhood felt a little bit loud sometimes.

the room i received was not the one i booked. i reserved a standard double room but was given a smaller, darker single room. the receptionist stated it was their policy to downgrade single guests if standard rooms were unavailable. this lack of communication and respect is unacceptable to me.
